I'm a doll customizer that's carrying a lot of dolls in my stock box, and every so often, I get questions about sculpts, compatibility, height comparisons, etc. I'm endlessly fascinated by the way these dolls are built, so today I'm opening the floor to you to talk about all their fun details.

This is my favorite doll line next to Monster High and I have wanted these for YEARS. Now they are mine and I can’t wait to dress everyone up! And perhaps share some pieces with my MH collection….. 👀

decided to do a comparison between Jacy and Catty- i had been wondering if they could share clothes since Catty had been announced

the answer is.... basically! it isn't a perfect fit in either direction but they Work.

Catty's tail keeps the skirt from closing all the way, and the shirt rides up her stomach and lifts from the shoulders, but everything goes on well otherwise (aside from the shoes which were far too small even at a glance)

Jacy's chest is more broad than Catty's so there was a fair amount of pull in the velcro of Catty's dress but it otherwise fit well. Monster High dolls can't fit Wild Hearts Crew shoes at all, and Jacy's feet were definitely not filling Catty's boots, but i figured it would be fun to try!

i also tested Rainbow/Shadow High clothes (dresses, skirts, tops) on both and nothing fit either doll- i could have sworn i've seen people put some R/S High clothes on Catty though so maybe i don't have the right clothes or was being overly cautious of tearing, or something?

i would love to know if there are any other doll lines Catty could swap outfits with tbh! i love her and am so glad Monster High has made an Actually fat doll- never in my wildest dreams would i have expected that, and i dearly hope we get even more dolls on this body! (Iris next plzplzplzplzp-)

Took a little time to reorganize my doll display. Seeing as Valentine's Day is coming up, I brought out most of my pink and red dolls! It was nice to have Rainbow High come back out. They don't fit in with most of my other dolls, so I rarely display them, but they can be very cute. It's also the first time the Mermaze dolls are up, since they're rather hard to display (they fall over a lot). Of course I had to have a Draculaura out, given her birthday is coming up, so I picked my favorite from G3. It's been a while since Bonita Femur has been out, once again tough to display since those wings don't accommodate a doll stand, but I love her. She's so interesting as a doll! All the Sugarcoated EAH girls are here, nice to see them again after a little hair washing. And Lizzie, Queen of Hearts should be here for the holiday no? XD I really need to finish repairing my Way Too Wonderland dolls and Just Sweet Blondie, one day they will be less gluey so they can be displayed again!

That said, I'm probably most excited to have this girl back out, my beloved Jacy Masters. 💜 I know, a strange doll to have as a favorite, but look at her! She's so cute, and she's one of the first times I picked up a doll and said "she feels like me". Body diversity can be really meaningful, and her style is so fun! I'll be really curious to have her and G3 Catty Noir next to each other when she comes out, I wanna see if it's the same mold or slightly modified. My speculation is that they started with Jacy's body and tweaked it from there, since new body molds are expensive to make, but we'll have to see. Overall, I'm just happy to have my dresser looking nice again.

I was having trouble finding the barbie extra I wanted to use as a body donor for my Sasha hybrid.

But I remembered that I had a wild hearts crew body in my doll bag so I gave it a try.

I think it came out pretty good. The skin tone match is perfect. I really wasn't liking this anniversary Sasha but I love her on this body. Wild hearts crew bodies are so curvy and sturdy.

She's wearing a Barbie extra jacket, dress from temu and the shoes came from an amazon fashion pack.

The shoes aren't a perfect fit, she's got cliffhangers but they work well enough 😄

My Wild Hearts Crew!

I recently came across a lot of these gals for $20 so they took a while to arrive from the US but were so worth it! I restyled them a bit because some of the pieces have that Modern Mattel paper quality 😭😔

I love them and am so sad the line basically stopped as soon as it started!

The local second hand toy store got a huge lot of G1 monster high dolls that I was interested in. Sadly a lot of them are really over priced and also one I really wanted to grab for my wife (Mousedes) was already snatched up. Thankfully this Operetta doll was a much more reasonable $20 and she came with an original accessory of hers! They even had another one without her mask or bag accessory, but she was the exact same price. I considered it for potential customizing. Oh well.

I also found this cool as hell fashion pack, so yeah.
